Maven needed a lighter learning format that preserved quality and instructor craft while lowering the barrier to getting started.
My Role
I led product design for Lightning Lessons, from concept definition through launch experience and iteration.
The Approach
We designed a focused learning journey that made short-form courses feel intentional, valuable, and easy to discover—without diluting Maven’s standard of excellence.
Results
Launched a new learning format that expanded how people discover and experience Maven courses.
