About my approach
I have spent my career building products and leading creative teams at Airbnb, Twitter, Mozilla, and Maven. I understand the organizational realities designers face: ambiguity, politics, difficult feedback, shifting expectations, and the pressure to continually prove the value of design.
I also know that a career cannot be reduced to titles and promotions. My coaching combines practical leadership experience with deeper questions about identity, purpose, creativity, and the kind of life you want your work to support.
